04:50 PM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Peoples Bancorp (PEBO) said late Monday it has received all regulatory approvals for its merger with Citizens National Corporation, with Peoples as the surviving corporation. The approvals also covered the merger between Peoples Bank and Citizens' subsidiary, Citizens Bank of Kentucky, the firm said.
