ICF International Wins Two Work Orders Worth Up to $70 Million for LA County Energy Programs

04:42 PM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ICF International (ICFI) said it was awarded two new multiyear work orders in early August under the County of Los Angeles Energy Support Services Master Agreement, with a combined ceiling value of approximately $70 million. The company will serve as one of three implementers supporting the Southern California Regional Energy Network's public sector energy efficiency programs, providing engineering, customer targeting, marketing, financing and construction management support.
