- Shareholders backed the appointment of MNP LLP as auditor through the next annual meeting.
- Directors were selected at the meeting; the board then named Ron McEachern chairman.
- Following the meeting, the board appointed Andrew Howard as president and CEO, Basman Alias as CFO, Andrew Green as vice-president and secretary.
