Osisko Metals Posts New Drill Results From Gaspe Copper Project

07:20 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Osisko Metals (OM.TO) released new results from its 2026 drill program at the Gaspe Copper project in Eastern Quebec, the company said Monday. Highlights of the results include 211.5 meters averaging 0.59% copper, including 28.5 m averaging 2.31% copper and 11.8 grams per tonne silver. The southwestern extension also provided an additional high-grade intercept of 86 m averaging 1.36% copper. Osisko's drill program is designed to convert the bulk of the remaining 2026 mineral resource estimate inferred resources to measured and indicated categories, the company said. It's also meant to test the expansion of the overall resource laterally to the west, to the south toward Needle East and to the southwest toward Needle Mountain, Osisko added.
