Organto corrects Atrium research renewal terms to month-to-month option with 5% fee increase

- Clarified the optional extension term: the quarter-to-quarter option should read month-to-month at the same fee structure plus 5%.
- Research fee remains cash compensation of $2,500 per month for 12 months starting Sept. 15, 2026.
