- Transportation services revenue fell 14.5% to US$ 108.62 million; warehousing services revenue rose 21.9% to US$ 77.15 million.
- Management flagged substantial doubt about going concern; cash and restricted cash fell to US$ 6.54 million from US$ 13.58 million.
