Boreo redeems remaining EUR 160,000 of outstanding hybrid notes on Oct. 13
Bitget2026/09/28 08:33- Boreo will redeem all outstanding 10.750% hybrid notes issued on March 21, 2024, using its clean-up call option.
- Redemption date set for Oct. 13, 2026.
- Noteholders will receive 100% of nominal amount, plus accrued but unpaid interest up to, but excluding, the redemption date.
- EUR 19.84 million of notes were purchased and canceled in a tender offer, leaving EUR 160,000 outstanding.
