Warner Bros. to Delist Euro Notes From Nasdaq Amid Paramount Deal

04:11 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) plans to delist its euro-denominated senior notes from the Nasdaq Global Market amid its pending acquisition by Paramount Skydance (PSKY), the company said late Friday. The 4.302% notes due 2030 and 4.693% notes due 2033, both issued by Discovery Global, will be removed from listing. The company intends to deregister the notes under the Securities Exchange Act once the delisting becomes effective, it said.
