Euro Sun Mining Closes $3 Million Strategic Equity Investment

06:03 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Euro Sun Mining (ESM.TO) has closed a non-brokered $3 million strategic equity investment by Trafigura Group unit Urion Investments Holdings, the company said Thursday. Under the investment, Euro Sun issued 22.0 million units at CA$0.19 per unit for gross proceeds of $3 million, or about CA$4.2 million. Net proceeds will be used for the Rovina Valley Project and general corporate purposes. Each unit is composed of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable to acquire one common share for CA$0.40 apiece until Sept. 24, 2030.
