02:24 PM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Roland Mineral Enterprises (RME.V) has promoted Frank Garofalo as chief executive officer. He most recently served as vice president of business development. Garofalo will accelerate Roland's Venezuela mineral rights acquisition program, a statement said. Roland Mineral shares last traded on Sept. 23, closing at CA$0.23 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
