- Telix to acquire 100% of ITM for USD 1.65 billion upfront on a cash- and debt-free basis.
- Deal includes up to USD 700 million in milestone payments tied to regulatory and sales targets for ITM-11.
- ITM shareholders expected to hold about 23.7% of Telix upon completion.
- Closing targeted by the end of Telix’s FY2026, subject to shareholder vote, regulatory clearances, other customary conditions.
