KBR names Michael LaRouche CEO-designate of planned Trinzic spinoff

- LaRouche previously held senior leadership roles at Serco, SAIC, Raytheon, and Lockheed Martin.
- Gabe Butler will join Trinzic on Oct. 5 as vice president-designate of investor relations.
- Butler was director of FP&A for BWX Technologies’ Government Operations segment, following finance and investor relations roles at Leidos.
- Trinzic is expected to launch on Jan. 4, 2027 as a publicly traded company.
