AI pharmaceutical company Iambic (IAM.US), supported by Nvidia, applies for US IPO to advance three early-stage cancer drugs
Iambic Therapeutics Inc. has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States.
According to Jinse Finance, Nvidia (NVDA.US)-backed clinical-stage life sciences and technology company Iambic Therapeutics Inc. has applied for an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States. According to its filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday, the San Diego-based company uses artificial intelligence (AI) to develop new therapies and plans to use the IPO proceeds to advance three early-stage cancer drugs.
The documents show that Iambic is collaborating with AbbVie (ABBV.US) to develop disease therapies covering immunology, neuroscience, and oncology, and has established partnerships with pharmaceutical companies such as Takeda Pharmaceutical (TAK.US) and H. Lundbeck A/S. Its partners also include Nvidia and AI cloud company Lambda Inc.
On the financial side, the documents show that for the six months ended June 30, 2026, Iambic reported a net loss of $50.1 million and revenue of $12.8 million; in the same period last year, it had a net loss of $33.2 million and revenue of $3.9 million.
Since its founding in 2019, Iambic has raised $461.8 million from investors in the technology and healthcare sectors. Its major shareholders include U.S. investment firm Catalio Capital Management, Nexus Venture Partners, Coatue, as well as Nvidia and the healthcare investment arm of the Qatar Investment Authority.
The offering is led by JPMorgan, Jefferies, Bank of America, and Citigroup. Iambic expects its shares to trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “IAM”.
