- Nixon previously held senior operational leadership roles at Honest Burgers, Ole & Steen, Costa Coffee, and Le Pain Quotidien.
- Jo Hall joined as Operations Director for the South West under the same regional restructure.
- Hall was previously Head of Retail Operations (Convenience) at Co-op, with prior large-scale operations roles at BP, Sainsbury’s, and Lidl.
