SHIB Suffers a 78% Collapse in Critical Metric as Bulls Retreat

  • SHIB’s mean exchange outflows plunged nearly 78% from their recent peak.
  • Positive netflow suggests slightly more SHIB enters exchanges than leaves them.
  • SHIB trades near $0.00000514, facing major resistance around $0.0000056 to $0.0000057.

Shiba Inu seemed to be close to a meaningful recovery before market signals changed quickly. Exchange withdrawals have slowed, weakening one of the strongest bullish signals. The seven-day average of mean SHIB exchange outflows has also fallen sharply. That decline now raises fresh concerns for traders watching supply trends. SHIB remains near $0.00000514, while bulls struggle to secure a stronger breakout. The next move could depend on exchange flows and key resistance.

SHIB Loses Momentum as Exchange Withdrawals Decline

Mean SHIB exchange outflows now sit near 421.6 million SHIB. The figure has dropped 55.75% compared with the previous period. However, the decline reaches nearly 78% from the latest peak. Such a sharp contraction changes the broader picture for SHIB. Large exchange withdrawals often reduce tokens available for immediate market selling. Strong and persistent outflows can therefore support a bullish supply narrative. The recent slowdown removes much of that previous advantage for Shiba Inu.

Current exchange data adds another concern for bulls. Total inflows now stand near 239.28 billion SHIB. Inflows have increased by roughly 1.07% during the latest period. Total outflows have also climbed, reaching approximately 236.97 billion SHIB. Outflows increased by about 1.3%, but inflows remain higher overall. Consequently, SHIB now shows a positive netflow of roughly 2.31 billion tokens. More SHIB currently enters exchanges than leaves them.

Positive netflow does not automatically signal an incoming sell-off. However, traders often monitor such changes for rising selling pressure. The current figures therefore weaken the previous accumulation-focused interpretation. Exchange reserves also remain relatively stable near 87.19 trillion SHIB. That stability suggests no major deposit wave has emerged so far.

SHIB Faces a Major Barrier Near $0.0000057

SHIB currently trades around $0.00000514, keeping price inside a narrow range. The token remains near the $0.0000050 to $0.0000052 zone. Several short-term moving averages cluster around the same area. This region has become an important battleground between buyers and sellers. Holding above $0.000005 could help bulls maintain short-term stability.

The larger challenge sits higher near $0.0000056 to $0.0000057. This long-term moving average continues to provide strong resistance. A decisive break above that zone could improve the recovery outlook. Until then, SHIB faces a difficult setup despite improving network activity. Falling exchange withdrawals have weakened a previously bullish supply signal.

Positive netflow also shows slightly greater movement toward exchanges. Bulls therefore need stronger buying pressure to regain control. A sustained move above major resistance could restore confidence among market participants. Without such a breakout, SHIB may continue consolidating around current levels. If you want, I can also create 5 SEO meta descriptions and 3 key takeaways for this article.
