Golden Ten Data has learned that Wuhan-based cross-border freight and logistics service provider Wode Tong (WODO.US) increased the proposed size of its upcoming IPO on Wednesday. The company, headquartered in Wuhan, China, now plans to issue 6 million shares at a price range of $5 to $6 per share, raising $33 million. In previous filings, the company planned to issue 1.5 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6 per share. Based on the midpoint of the adjusted range, the amount raised will be 340% higher than previously expected, and the market capitalization will reach $190 million.
