Hafnia to Acquire More Equity Stake in TORM

06:09 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hafnia (HAFN) said early Wednesday it has agreed to acquire 4.5 million class A shares in TORM (TRMD) at $32.25 per share, representing about 4.4% of TORM's issued and outstanding share capital. Hafnia, an owner and operator of around 180 tankers, will hold more than 18% of TORM after the deal is completed, it added.
