03:48 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Moody's (MCO) agreed to acquire a minority stake in Philippine Rating Services, a domestic credit rating agency in the Philippines, the company said Tuesday. Financial terms were not disclosed. PhilRatings will continue to operate independently after the investment, Moody's said.
