Bowman Consulting Ends Go-Shop Period With no Competing Offers

08:35 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bowman Consulting's (BWMN) 35-day "go-shop" period under its merger agreement with Bernhard Capital Partners expired without any alternative acquisition proposals, the company said Monday. Bowman will be subject to customary "no-shop" restrictions, while Bernhard will acquire the company for $43 per share in cash, implying an enterprise value of about $1.0 billion, the company said. The transaction is expected to close in Q4, it added.
