SL Green Realty Signs Office Leases Totaling 1.8 Million Square Feet in Manhattan in 2026

08:33 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SL Green Realty (SLG) said Monday that it has signed office leases in Manhattan, New York, totaling 1.8 million square feet to date in 2026. The leases have a mark-to-market 15.8% higher than the previous fully escalated rents on the same spaces, the company said. The company said it has agreed to a five-year renewal lease with IMG Worldwide for 90,202 square feet at 304 Park Avenue South; an eight-year lease with Nearwater Management for 37,563 square feet at 245 Park Avenue; and a 10.5-year expansion lease with Greenberg Traurig for 33,477 square feet at One Vanderbilt Avenue, among others. SL Green Realty said that its current office leasing pipeline has risen to over 1 million square feet.
