EcoRub issues free warrants in SEK 23.9 million rights-unit offering
Reuters2026/09/11 18:14- EcoRub launched a rights issue of units that includes free TO7 warrants, priced at SEK 0.04 per unit.
- Each TO7 warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for 1 new class B share during March 8–22, 2027.
- TO7 exercise price set at 70% of the VWAP from Feb. 22–March 5, 2027, capped at SEK 0.05.
- TO7 warrants slated for listing on Spotlight Stock Market once the rights issue is registered with the Companies Registration Office.
