10:14 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Salesforce (CRM) said Friday it introduced a new portfolio of job-ready artificial intelligence agents designed to perform work across sales, service, commerce, employee experience and back-office functions. The agents are connected to Salesforce Customer 360 and use new Agentforce technology that allows them to pursue goals over time, learn new skills and work with other agents, Salesforce said, adding that customers can tailor the agents to their own business processes, rules and security requirements. Salesforce said it also introduced a new long-horizon runtime for Agentforce that enables agents to work toward goals over days and weeks, retain context across sessions and adjust plans as circumstances change.
