ExGen Resources Raises CA$1.1 Million in Total After Closing Final Tranche of Private Placement

07:14 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ExGen Resources (EXG.V) closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement raising CA$1.1 million in total, it said in a statement on Thursday. The company had issued 2.7-million units at CA$0.10 for CA$268,800 in the second tranche closing. Proceeds will be used for potential exploration on the company's properties, potential future acquisitions and general working capital needs, it said. Shares of the company closed up 8.7% to CA$0.125 on Wednesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
