Centrus Energy Prices $500 Million Securities Offering; Shares Down Pre-Bell

04:59 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Centrus Energy (LEU) priced a public offering of its securities for expected gross proceeds of about $500 million, the company said late Wednesday. The offering consists of 500,000 class A common shares, pre-funded warrants to purchase 2,005,513 class A shares and common warrants to purchase up to 6,992,382 class A shares. The company priced the offering at a combined price of $199.64 per share and accompanying warrants and $199.54 per pre-funded warrant and accompanying warrants. Centrus Energy expects the offering to close by Friday and plans to use the net proceeds for general working capital and corporate purposes, it said. The company's shares were down 2.4% in premarket activity Thursday.
