03:49 PM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vulcan Materials (VMC) shares were down over 3% in Wednesday trading after Wells Fargo downgraded the stock to underweight from equalweight and cut its price target to $254 from $305. Trading volume stood at more than 714,000 shares, compared with a daily average of nearly 1.1 million. Price: 250.12, Change: -8.18, Percent Change: -3.17
