03:15 PM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tech stocks were slightly higher late Wednesday afternoon, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLK) and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) each fractionally up. The Philadelphia Semiconductor index advanced 0.3%. In corporate news, Dell (DELL) is set to raise $5 billion via an investment-grade bond sale that attracted about $23 billion in peak orders, Bloomberg reported. The company had initially planned to raise about $4 billion, according to the report. Dell shares were up 0.6%.
