In the news, Dell previously raised its full-year revenue guidance for fiscal 2027 from approximately $167 billion to $192 billion, a one-time increase of $25 billion, marking a year-on-year growth of about 69%, significantly higher than analysts’ average expectation of $173.8 billion. The company expects non-GAAP earnings per share for the year to reach $25.50, an increase of 148% over the previous year, also well above the market forecast of $19.10. Dell's Chief Financial Officer David Kennedy stated that the reason for the raised guidance is that AI demand is accelerating.
