07:51 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- OneWater Marine (ONEW) entered into a definitive agreement under which OceanWorld will acquire a majority ownership interest in yacht brokerage and luxury yachting services business Denison Yachting, the company said Wednesday. OneWater said it has established a strategic partnership with OceanWorld as part of the transaction and will remain invested in Denison Yachting. The transaction is expected to close before the end of the year.
