Zankore Signs $3.1 Billion Loan Deal to Finance Nvidia GPU Deployment at AI Factory in Indonesia

06:59 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia (NVDA) and Nokia (NOK)-backed Zankore signed a $3.1 billion loan deal to acquire and deploy Nvidia graphics processing units at its artificial intelligence factory in Indonesia, the AI infrastructure firm said Wednesday. The AI factory will have an initial capacity of 100 megawatts of NVIDIA AI Infrastructure, Zankore said. In August, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison launched Zankore in collaboration with Ooredoo Group, Nokia and Nvidia. During the launch, Zankore said it targets 1 gigawatt of NVIDIA DSX capacity and around 200 MW of initial capacity in H1 next year. Citigroup (C), ING (ING), Natixis CIB, Qatar National Bank and United Overseas Bank acted as underwriters and bookrunners for the senior term loan facility, while Citi also served as the exclusive debt adviser, Zankore said.
