According to information from Zhihui Finance APP, Chinese home appliance retailer JRWP (JRWP.US) resubmitted its initial public offering (IPO) application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Tuesday. The company had previously applied for listing in March 2025 to raise $6 million, but that application expired in July 2026.
This Hangzhou-based company now plans to issue 6.3 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6 per share, aiming to raise approximately $31 million. Based on the midpoint of the proposed range, the company's market capitalization will reach $131 million. The company had previously applied to issue 1.3 million shares at the same price range, targeting to raise $6 million.
The company operates in the wholesale and retail of home appliance products through its Chinese operating entity, offering products such as air conditioners, refrigerators, televisions, washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers. In the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the company sold a total of 28,500 home appliances, representing a year-on-year growth of 10%.
JRWP was established in 2002 and achieved a revenue of $14 million in the twelve months ending March 31, 2026. The company plans to list on Nasdaq under the stock code "JRWP", with Eddid Securities acting as the sole bookrunner for this offering.
