The Dow Jones Industrial Average opened down 0.57%, the Nasdaq rose 0.08%, and the S&P 500 fell 0.01%. Leading tech stocks saw notable moves: Qualcomm rose 6.91%, Intel gained 5.22%, and Super Micro Computer increased 2.38%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index fell 1.36%, with Bilibili up 3.87% and Baidu down 7.75%.
