Suntar Eco-City forms Hainan property development joint venture with Suiji, Boyida for RMB 112.5 million
Reuters2026/09/08 10:49- Suntar Eco-city’s wholly owned unit Wuping Suntar formed a joint venture in Hainan with Hainan Suiji and Boyida on Sept. 7.
- New company Zhuzhilan (Hainan) Technology has registered capital of RMB 112.5 million; Wuping Suntar holds 40%.
- Hainan Suiji holds 30%; Boyida holds 30%; partners focus on digital technology, health, wellness technology services.
- Wuping Suntar will initially contribute RMB 22.5 million; remaining capital to be injected pro rata under Zhuzhilan shareholder approval.
- Deal targets property development in Hainan; transaction not expected to materially affect FY2026 earnings or net tangible assets per share.
