(1) The following are the minimum freight rates for dry bulk barges in Northwest Europe (1,200-ton class, excluding iron ore), in euros per ton. Data as of 8:00 p.m. Beijing time.(2) Within Germany to the ARA region (Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp): Brunswick approximately €21.5, Birsfelden/Waldhof approximately €22, Hamburg approximately €26, Hanover approximately €21.5, Hildesheim approximately €22, Magdeburg approximately €22, Minden approximately €20.(3) Rotterdam to major inland ports in Germany: Duisburg approximately €12.5, Cologne approximately €15, Kehl/Strasbourg approximately €25, Basel approximately €28, Frankfurt approximately €20, Würzburg approximately €25, Nuremberg approximately €26.5, Stuttgart approximately €25.(4) Rotterdam to northern and central German ports: Bramsche/Engter approximately €18.5, Minden approximately €19.5, Hanover approximately €21, Brunswick approximately €21, Hildesheim approximately €22, Uelzen approximately €25, Hamburg approximately €26, Bremen approximately €18.5, Papenburg approximately €18, Magdeburg approximately €23, Mainz approximately €18, Birsfelden/Waldhof approximately €23.(5) Rotterdam to the ARA region is quoted at approximately €10.5. Additionally, shipments from German inland ports to Antwerp, Ghent, and Roeselare incur surcharges of approximately €0.5, €0.75, and €1.5 per ton, respectively. The low water surcharge (KWZ) needs to be confirmed separately.
