Exxaro agrees to sell Moranbah South coal project stake to Stanmore for US$105 million

- It will then sell the entire Moranbah South interest to Stanmore for USD 105 million.
- Completion is expected before the end of Q4 2026, subject to Australian regulatory clearances.
