WD-40 Appoints Keith Stauffer as CFO

05:48 PM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- WD-40 (WDFC) said Thursday it has appointed Keith Stauffer as chief financial officer, succeeding Sara Hyzer, effective Nov. 2. Hyzer, who will remain in the role through the filing of the consumer products company's 2026 annual report, will afterwards take on the role of division president, Americas. Stauffer previously served as CFO of US business at Galderma and as CFO of TerrAscend. Before his appointment, he will join WD-40 as vice president, global finance, effective Sept. 7.
