Guidewire Software Fiscal Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Shares Fall After Hours

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.93. Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 rose to $411.1 million from $356.6 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $402.6 million. The company set fiscal Q1 revenue guidance of $372 million to $378 million. Analysts expect $387.1 million. The company said it expects fiscal 2027 revenue of $1.71 billion to $1.73 billion. Analysts expect $1.70 billion. Shares of the company were down more than 18% in after-hours activity.
