KKR to Sell 10% Stake in Nordic Bioscience

01:37 PM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) has agreed to sell its 10% minority stake in Nordic Bioscience to the company's founder and majority shareholder, Claus Christiansen, the companies said Thursday. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Following the transaction, Kugan Sathiyanandarajah will remain on Nordic Bioscience's board until the next ordinary general meeting. Additionally, Chair Hakan Bjorklund will step down from the board, with Christiansen set to succeed him as chair. Shares of KKR were up nearly 3% in Thursday trading.
