Golden Ten Data APP has learned that Nvidia (NVDA.US) has agreed to acquire the AI startup Hugging Face at a deal valuation of approximately $13 billion. This price includes an equity retention plan of up to $1 billion for Hugging Face employees joining Nvidia.
