Real Matters' Rodrigo Pinto to Step Down as CFO

07:39 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Real Matters' (REAL.TO) chief financial officer Rodrigo Pinto will be stepping down from his role to pursue a new career opportunity outside of the mortgage industry, it said in a statement on Thursday. CFO Pinto will continue in the role through Nov. 30, including through the completion of the company's fiscal 2026 year-end reporting and the announcement of its Q4 and full year results, it said. Real Matters is engaging in a search process to identify a successor, it added. Shares of the company closed down 1.4% to C$4.35 on Wednesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
