05:59 PM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Scage Future (SCAG) said late Wednesday it received two Nasdaq deficiency notices on Aug. 27. The first notice said the company no longer meets the $50 million minimum market value of listed securities requirement, based on Nasdaq's review of the 30 consecutive business days through Aug. 26. The second notice said Scage no longer meets the $15 million minimum market value of publicly held shares requirement, based on the same review period. Scage has 180 calendar days, through Feb. 23, 2027, to regain compliance with both requirements. If it fails to do so, its securities will be subject to delisting, although the company may appeal or seek to transfer its listing to the Nasdaq Capital Market, subject to applicable requirements.
