- Manchester Met will take a 30% stake, contributing the land value to retain capital for other campus projects.
- Construction has started following Building Safety Regulator clearance for phase one, with structural groundworks underway.
- Phase one will deliver 1,101 beds for the 2029/30 academic year; phase two adds 1,201 beds the following year.
