08:16 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Helix Energy Solutions (HLX) and Hornbeck Offshore Services have completed their combination in an all-stock transaction, the companies said Tuesday. The combined company has assumed the Hornbeck Offshore Services name and will begin trading Wednesday on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "HOS," the company said.
