Malaysia-based labor recruitment firm Kainan Holdings Group has filed for a $20 million U.S. IPO.
According to Jinse Finance APP, Malaysia-based foreign labor recruitment service provider Kainan Holding Group (KHG.US) submitted a filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday, planning to raise up to $20 million through an initial public offering (IPO). The company plans to issue 4 million shares, with a pricing range of $4 to $6 per share. Based on the midpoint of the pricing range, its fully diluted market value will reach $104 million.
Kainan Holding Group is a Malaysia-based provider of workforce and human resources management services. The company recruits, dispatches, and manages temporary and skilled workers for business clients in the manufacturing, construction, and service industries across Malaysia, and provides onboarding training, employee management, and employment compliance support. The company charges clients based on the contracted attendance days.
This company, headquartered in Shah Alam, Malaysia, was founded in 2007 and plans to list on NASDAQ under the ticker KHG. Kainan Holding Group confidentially submitted its IPO application on March 23, 2026. D. Boral Capital is the sole underwriter for this transaction.
