- Aircraft returns slated for 2H 2026; expected to cut operating lease right-of-use assets and liabilities by about $260 million.
- Non-cash charges expected in Q3–Q4 2026 of $60 million–$80 million, largely tied to prepaid and capitalized maintenance write-offs.
- Cash charges projected at $90 million–$120 million for lease termination and returns; most payments due in 2028–2029.
- On Aug. 29, 2026, Frontier agreed with AerCap to lease 10 A321neo aircraft for delivery from Q4 2026 to Q1 2027.
