BeOne Medicines Reaches US Accord on Drug Access, Domestic Manufacturing

The company said it will join a federal pricing framework that requires future products approved by the Food and Drug Administration to be priced in line with other developed markets. Switzerland-based BeOne also reached an agreement with the US that rewards its decision to manufacture more of its medicines domestically by exempting it from certain national-security-based import tariffs.
