- Shareholders adopted the 2025 separate and consolidated financial statements, including the board and statutory auditors’ reports.
- They endorsed the company’s overall management for 2025, then released the statutory auditors from liability for the year.
- Deloitte Certified Public Accountants was appointed to audit the 2026 financial statements.
- Resolutions also passed to expand the corporate purpose to allow investment services for parent undertakings and subsidiaries, update board suitability and remuneration policies, then renew a capital-increase authorization up to EUR 37.68 million.
