Morgan Stanley Investment Management Acquires Florida Senior Housing Portfolio

09:22 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Morgan Stanley (MS) Investment Management said Monday it has acquired a Class A senior housing portfolio located in the Orlando and Tampa metropolitan areas in Florida through investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The portfolio includes two communities comprised of 300 independent living, assisted living and memory care units serving residents in Central Florida. AgeWell Senior Living will continue to operate the communities, Morgan Stanley said.
