HawkEye 360 Agrees to Release of Shares; to Be Added to Russell 2000

08:11 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- HawkEye 360 (HAWK) has agreed to the Sept. 1 release of the lock-up on its shares held by officers, directors, and other holders as of the date of the company's May initial public offering, the space analytics firm said Monday. Pending a final review, HawkEye will also join the US small-cap Russell 2000 Index, effective Sept. 21, the company said.
