iMetal Resources names Paul Larkin independent director

- Larkin has led Vancouver-based New Dawn Group for more than 43 years, advising on corporate finance, governance, capital markets, M&A.
- He previously served as an independent director at Prime Mining from August 2019 to August 2023.
- Robert Scott was named chief financial officer; he is a CPA, CA and CFA with more than 25 years in finance.
- Scott has held senior roles at TSXV issuers, including Capitan Silver, Blue Jay Gold, Riverside Resources, Great Bear Resources.
