- Net interest income climbed to R$ 1.2 billion, up 148.2% from 1H25; gross financial margin expansion was cited as the main driver.
- Fee and commission income increased 16.3% to R$ 63.5 million, supported mainly by growth in retail insurance.
- Expanded loan portfolio rose 39.9% year on year to R$ 21.8 billion in June, led by private payroll loans that jumped to R$ 6.5 billion.
- Market value reached R$ 3.1 billion at end-June, with PINE4 closing at R$ 12.1; the shareholder base totaled 17,814.
